With over a decade of experience, Adam began his career at Salthouse Boatbuilders, where he progressed from apprentice to respected colleague, working on a wide range of innovative projects. In 2020, he brought his expertise to Harkin Boatworks, continuing to pursue excellence in both composite and traditional wooden boatbuilding. Known for his sharp eye for detail and creative, outside-the-box problem solving, Adam is a passionate and dedicated craftsman. He’s spent his entire adult life refining his skills, constantly learning from others and striving to master his trade.
Jarrod is a passionate third-generation boat builder and skilled skipper with a wealth of experience navigating the open seas. With long-haul journeys from Japan to Australia and Tahiti under his belt, he brings a perspective to every project. Jarrod thrives on custom jobs, where creativity shines as he transforms ideas into beautifully crafted vessels. Whether it's building from scratch or enhancing existing designs he is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
